• The competition / Give Away is being administered by Aloha Lending Pty Ltd T/A Aloha Loans
• Credit representative 488658 is authorised under Australian Credit Licence 389328. Prior to making any decisions your full financial situation will need to be reviewed prior to the acceptance of any offer or product. Subject to lender terms and conditions.
• The competition is registered – NSW Permit No. LTPS/17/17175
• The competition will exist from the 9^th of September 2017 until the 4^th of April 2018.
• To be eligible for entry into the giveaway competition, a person (“Eligible Entrant”) must become a client of Aloha Loans by successfully lodging and settling a new loan, refinance or commercial finance application with an Aloha Loans Mortgage Broker.
• An eligible entrant must also be a resident of the state of New South Wales (NSW), Australia.
• If someone refers (“Referrer”) an Eligible Entrant to Aloha Loans the referrer will also be eligible for an entry in to the competition
• A ticket will not be issued to a Referrer if that person is a member of a couple and the respective partner was/became an Eligible Entrant. For example – John and Jill are partners, John sees the advertisement for the giveaway and refers Jill to Aloha Loans for finance. It will be the responsibility of Aloha Loans staff to “vet” the relationship of clients.
• The name(s) on the ticket to the giveaway will reflect the name(s) on an eligible loan application.
• Only the first Referrer that refers an eligible applicant will receive a new ticket.
• An entry ticket into the draw is only valid if signed off by an employee of Aloha Loans and placed into the ticket box by that employee.
• The ticket box will only be opened for the draw of the winner of the giveaway on the 4^th of April 2018 at 1:00pm. The draw will occur at this time and date in Meeting Room 1, Level 14, 3 Spring Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
• An eligible ticket will be drawn at random
• The eligible client(s) drawn from the winning ticket will receive a cheque for AUD$1,500.00 only.
• Once the winning ticket is draw, the winner will be notified by phone call, at which a time and date will be set to organise a time to deliver the cheque.
• The winner must be accept to appear and be named in advertising material and social media advertising, associated with Aloha Loans.
